As well as your statutory right to cancel, you have two months to return or exchange any item you purchase, giving you complete peace of mind when shopping for what you love and discovering exciting new products too. If a return is requested after the 60-day period, we will not be able to process it, and the item will be sent back to your default delivery address.
Our new Returns Portal makes it easy to return items. You’ll see the best return options for your item, tailored to its size, weight and order value. Simply choose the option that best suits you.
Use our Customer Returns Portal to start your return. Once you enter your order details, you'll be shown which couriers and services are available for your item, along with pricing.
Please note, you'll need an active email address to make any returns via the portal. Contact Customer Care on 0800 51 41 31 if you do not have an email address registered to your account.

You'll be shown all available courier options based on your item's weight and size.
Step 3: Prepare Your Parcel
Once you've arranged your return in the portal, please enclose your completed returns slip (located on your invoice) and seal your parcel to ensure it's secure for its return.
You can return your order to the address on the returns label on your invoice. However, by using our Returns Portal you'll always be presented with the best options for your return, based on the size, weight and value of your item.

When returning orders under our 60-day money back guarantee, customers are required to cover the returns cost. All costs will be clearly displayed in the Returns Portal before you choose your option. We have worked with the couriers to ensure the best returns cost for your item.
You have 60 days from receipt of the product to return it for a refund. Returns outside of this period cannot be processed and will be sent back to your default delivery address. If a product is faulty and outside of the 60 days, you will need to contact Customer Care on 0800 51 41 31 for further support.
Most products will be suitable for an at-home collection. If the Returns Portal offers home collection for your item, you will be able to select:

You still have 14 days to cancel your order under your statutory rights. Please follow the instructions provided in the Returns Portal or contact Customer Care on 0800 51 41 31 if you need further assistance.
You have a generous 60 days to return any purchase you're not happy with – there’s nothing that we won’t take back! Just a heads up, the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Typically, on receipt of your returned parcel, all items will be processed and refunded within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Our standard returns policy is 60 days. Every QVC product, unless stated otherwise, is backed by this promise. Once we've processed your refund or replacement for returns within 60 days, we'll send you a confirmation email to the address on your account.
Track your return: log in to ‘My Account' online to check the status of your return. Your order status will update to ‘Returned/Replaced’ once it has reached us.

While you can't cancel individual items yourself, you have the option to cancel the entire order online – if you see the ‘Cancel Order’ button - and then place a new one for the items you want. For partial cancellations, if your order hasn't been despatched yet, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
