Returning your parcel via Evri is not only convenient, as you can choose to send it via Parcelshop, Locker or a courier collection, it will also, almost always be the cheapest way to return your order. You can find a Parcelshop or Locker near you, available 7 days a week and open early and late for your convenience, or you can arrange a courier to collect your parcel directly from your home. Plus, you can use the Evri tracking service to track your return through every step of its journey giving you peace of mind.

  • Fill out the returns slip received with your order.
  • Attach your returns label on the outside of the parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office.
  • The price for returning a parcel via Royal Mail will vary depending upon the size and weight of your item.
  • Check the Royal Mail website for any restrictions on returns here.
  • If your item has a value of £200 or more, please request a ‘Signed for’ service and ensure your item is covered by insurance.

 Please note:

  • If you're returning more than one item, they need to be returned separately, in separate packaging.
  • Returns can take up to 14 days to process in total.
  • If your item came directly from the supplier, please contact us to arrange the return.
  • If you return items on which you have saved personal information (eg. laptops, cameras or other electronic devices with photos and emails etc.), please make sure you erase all information completely before sending the item back to us.
  • You can check the status of your return by signing into My Account online.
  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order and will show on your next bank statement.

Misplaced your invoice?

Don’t worry, you can include a note with your parcel detailing your full name, address, membership number and order number (you can find this on your online account here). Please also include the reason for return and the exchange or refund action you would like us to take.
