All enriched with arnica, the natural plant-based gel derived from the plant arnica montana, this collection is ideal for use by the whole family. Contains:

• 1 x Arnica Skincare Gel (500ml)
• 1 x Arnica Muscle Soak (500ml)
• 1 x Arnica Shower Creme (500ml)
• 1 x Intensive Arnica Gel (100ml)

How to apply:

Arnica Skincare Gel:

• Apply immediately to the affected areas and massage into the skin
• Re-apply as often as necessary
• Do not apply to broken skin

Arnica Muscle Soak:

• Add 1 - 2 pumps to a running bath and then soak, relaxing muscles and joints for 20 minutes
• Add a single pump to a foot spa 
• Avoid contact with eyes, if it does occur, rinse with clean water

Arnica Shower Creme:

• Apply to a damp sponge or wash cloth, wash gently as it lathers, rinse thoroughly
• Avoid contact with eyes, if it does occur, rinse with clean water

 
Intensive Arnica Gel:

• Apply a thin layer of gel as often as required 
• Massage into your skin
• Do not apply to broken skin
