QVC UK Review Policy


At QVC we are committed to providing our customers with honest, trustworthy, and transparent information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Our Commitment

  • We do not tolerate fake or misleading reviews on our platform.
  • We are committed to ensuring that all published reviews reflect genuine customer
    experiences.

What We Do

  • We partner with Bazaarvoice to collect, moderate and display genuine customer
    reviews. Bazaarvoice uses both automated tools and human moderators to verify that reviews come from real customers.
  • All reviews comply with Bazaarvoice’s Authenticity Policy.
  • We do not edit or alter the content of genuine customer reviews, except to remove personal information or content that violates our Community Standards.
  • We clearly indicate if a review is from a verified purchaser.
  • We publish all submitted reviews, both positive and negative, to enable customers to make informed choices about the products we sell.
  • Some brands who collect product reviews for display on their own websites can syndicate these for display on QVC’s website. These reviews are clearly marked as such.
  • Where a review has been incentivised, it will be clearly marked as such. Incentives are only to encourage customers to leave a review with their honest opinions and feedback, and not to influence the content of the review itself.

What We Don’t Allow

  • Posting reviews for products or services you have not purchased or used (unless
    otherwise specified).
  • Posting or arranging for others to post fake or misleading reviews.
  • Posting multiple reviews for the same product by the same individual.
  • Vendors posting ratings and reviews of their own products or competitors' products.

Reporting Fake Reviews
If you suspect a review is fake or misleading, please report it to customer_careuk@qvc.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Consequences
Anyone found to be submitting fake reviews may have their reviews removed and may be restricted from posting further reviews on QVC.
