Tips on choosing the perfect pillow

Front sleepers / combination sleepers

 Opt for a soft, thin or plush pillow for minimal height, keeping the spine in a neutral position. Soft Pillow
Back sleepers Choose a pillow with medium firmness and depth to keep head aligned; consider a pillow under the knees. Medium Pillow
Side sleepers Seek high depth and firm support to maintain the right head height and avoid sinking. Firm Pillow

The Transit Pillow from Tempur is created in washable soft cotton-mix fabric and filled with temperature sensitive visco elastic filling that forms to you with minimum counter pressure. The perfect travel pillow for airplanes, the Tempur Transit Pillow gently supports your head and neck allowing you to sleep more comfortably when travelling.
