How to apply:
Gel Effect Nail Polish:

• Apply two coats to clean, dry nails

45 Sec Retinol Top Coat:

• Apply one coat over dry polish

Vanilla Foot Balm:

• Rub along the base of your foot and massage in any excess product

Foot file:

• Prior to use, remover the protective cover and use only on clean, dry and moisture-free skin 
• Apply gentle pressure and move the file back and forth across hard skin areas
• Work slowly and check intermittently for desired results 
• Add slightly more pressure to thicker skin
• Stop immediately if you feel pain or the skin becomes irritated
• Wash with soapy water after every use
