How to take:
Beauty Formula (powder):

• Mix two flat teaspoons (7g approximately) of Beauty Formula with cold water or your favourite plant based milk, and consume after a meal Best mixed in a shaker, or if in a glass, pour liquid onto powder while stirring well
• It's recommended to avoid hot drinks for 10 minutes before and after taking
