    • Hydrate and appreciate! The hydration part is clear, but what I mean by ‘appreciate’ is that I try to always have an attitude of gratitude.
    • A nice at-home pamper, or spa day always includes bath soaks, faux tan and a hair mask.
    • I really rate Doctor Seaweed, SkinSense and Hair Gain for daily supplements.
    • I like to journal after I work out, sitting with a coffee, my two cats and a NEOM Wellbeing candle burning.

    Get Ready for the Festive Season!

    "Let go of some of the pressure you put yourself under to be the ‘perfect’ Christmas host, instead, make memories with those you’re with over Christmas. That’s what really matters.

    Stock up on Christmas foods that either have a long shelf life, such as Joe & Seph’s popcorn, or can be frozen, like Gower Cottage brownies. This takes the stress out of last-minute supermarket dashes on Christmas Eve!

    Same with Christmas tipples… Hotel Chocolat liqueur, anyone? Buying the odd bottle here and there in the run up is so much easier than struggling with a load of heavy bottles in one big shop, not to mention it’s financially more palatable when spread out.”
