Low impact - Pilates is designed to contribute to improving posture and co-ordination, strengthen dynamic stability and create a balance between strength and flexibility.
New flared foot bar - the foot bar enables you to perform traditional Pilates exercises that target your muscle tone, posture, flexibility and balance. Differing from previous designs, the foot bar on this Reformer is now flared as well allowing for further hip rotation, which is important for flexibility and ligament strength.
Added comfort - the inclusion of new large domed caps on the shoulder pads helps to make it more comfortable when increasing the repetition rate, ideal for assisting in various exercises where the hands are placed over the shoulder pads and a moving plank is performed.
Customisable resistance - in addition to the two black power cords, the Reformer features a red power cord that’s designed to have 50% more resistance and a yellow cord which offers 40% less resistance, so you can create a workout tailored to you and your needs.
Jump to it - the Reformer features the Cardio Rebounder, a vertical trampoline to help provide a cardiovascular workout without jarring or putting pressure on your joints. Due to its sturdy stainless steel design, you can even jump up and down on it!
