How to use:
Magnesium Body Butter:

• Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon all over your body and practise mindful breathing, inhaling for 7 seconds and exhaling for 11

Candle:

• Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim wicks to about 5mm before lighting
