How to use:

• Initial use: press the pump three times to get the liquid flowing
• Shake well before every use
• Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use
• 1-5 years of age: use one spray a day
• 6-12 years of age: use two sprays a day, taken together or separately
• 11-14 years of age: use three sprays a day, taken together or separately
• 15-17 years of age: use four sprays a day, taken together or separately
• 18 years of age: use five sprays a day, taken together or separately
