• 1 x Pre-Treatment Liquid (7ml) - a cosmetic stain remover
• 2 x 0.33% Sodium Percarbonate Teeth Whitening Gel (5ml each)
• 1 x Vita-White Whitening Toothpaste (50ml)
• 1 x Tooth Gloss (15ml)
• 2 x Syringe Tips

How to use:
Pre-Treatment Liquid:

• Apply and scrub your upper and lower teeth using a swab

LED Light:

• Remove the film and insert the batteries to prepare the LED light

Whitening Gel:

• Dispense 0.5ml onto the inside front section of the upper arch of the tray
• Repeat for the lower arch of the tray
• Attach the LED light to the tray
• Insert the tray onto the upper and lower arches of your teeth
• Leave for 15-20 minutes
• Remove and wash the tray
• Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes

Vita-White Toothpaste:

• Brush your teeth twice a day
• For best results, use after each meal

Tooth Gloss:

• Apply a thin ribbon of Tooth Gloss onto your toothbrush and brush normally
• Rinse after each use
• May also be applied with your fingertip
• Apply anytime as required
