How to use: 
Strengthener: 

• Apply two coats to bare nails followed by an additional coat daily
• Remove on day seven if desired
• Can also be used as a base underneath nail lacquer 

Oil:

• Gently drop over cuticles to and massage in
• ProSpa oil is very versatile – use it on your knees, elbows, heels and add it into your daily body moisturiser for extra intensity
