How to use:
Body Scrub:

• Massage onto dry or damp skin, starting at your feet and moving upwards in circular motions
• Rinse and let the feeling of calm wash over you

Hand & Body Wash:

• Work the wash over your skin until cleansed
• Rinse off and dry

• Roll directly onto pulse points whenever you need a moment of calm and breathe deeply
