How to use:

• Cup hands over your mouth and nose and breathe in three times
• Apply by sweeping your hands over your face and neck and avoid the eyes

Lavender Iris Night Balm:

• Warm a small amount in your hands
• Cup hands over your mouth and nose and breathe in three times
• Apply by sweeping your hands over your face and neck and avoid the eyes

Lavender Iris Firming Cream:

• Apply to cleansed, toned skin on your face and neck, on its own or after your Aromessence
