What is Easy Pay?

Easy Pay is a credit option and a great way to spread the cost of an order over the course of a number of monthly interest-free instalments. It’s only available on selected products for a limited period and your delivery will be charged on the first instalment. Read our full terms and conditions

How do I select Easy Pay on my order?

If Easy Pay is available for your order, you can select this at Checkout in the ‘Easy Pay Options’ section. Simply tick the box and you will be able to choose to pay for your order in full or split this across monthly payments.

A product shows that Easy Pay is available. Why am I being charged in full?

When placing an order, it will automatically default to be paid in full unless Easy Pay is selected. If Easy Pay is available for a product this needs to be selected at Checkout in the ‘Easy Pay Options’ section. Simply tick the box and you will be able to choose to pay for your order in full or split this across monthly payment

I wanted my order on Easy Pay but I've been charged in full, can this be changed?

Once your order has been placed, it’s not possible to select Easy Pay. If your order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled in My Account. You will then be able to place the order again and select your preferred payment option, including Easy Pay. Please be aware that when your order is cancelled, the original payment amount may still show as a ‘pending transaction’ on your credit/debit card account summary for a few days before this amount appears back in your account.
