• Apply to clean, wet hair, concentrating on mid-shafts to ends
• Work through evenly
• Leave in for 1 - 3 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly

For a little extra TLC:

• Apply to dry hair from mid-shafts to ends
• Leave in for 1 - 3 minutes
• Rinse briefly
• Then shampoo and condition as usual
