How to use:
Candles:

• Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
• Trim the wick before each use to 5mm

Hand Balm:

• Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand and massage into the skin
• Practice mindful breathing techniques while enjoying these products, inhaling through your nose for 7 seconds and exhaling slowly for 11 seconds
