How to use:

Magnesium Joint Body Spray:

• Shake well before use. Spray onto the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Reapply as required. Avoid delicate areas such as the eyes.

D3000K2 Oral Spray:

• Initial Use: Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use. Adults: use 3 sprays daily

Turmeric Oral Spray:

• Initial Use: Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth
