How to use:

Pillow Mist:

• Spritz your pillow with the spray
• Lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
• Use nightly

Travel Candle:

• Allow the candle to fully pool to help the wax burn evenly
• Burn for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four
• Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm

Body Butter:

• Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon all over your body
• Use daily

Hand Balm:

• Use daily or when required
• Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin
• To aid in relaxation, cup your hands over your nose and breathe in for 7 seconds then out for 11
• Do this slowly, a few times
