How to use:  
Pro-Collagen Marine Cream:

• Apply a pea-sized amount and gently smooth the cream over cleansed, dry skin, over your face, neck and decollete
• Apply morning and evening

Soothing Apricot Toner:

• Moisten a cotton wool pad with the toner and wipe gently over your face after cleansing
• Can also be used as a revitalising spritzer
• Avoid direct contact with your eyes
• Should contact occur, rinse thoroughly with water 

Pro-Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment:

• Morning and evening, dispense one to two drops onto your ring fingers and lightly pat around your eye contour

Pro-Collagen Night Cream:

• Apply to cleansed skin every evening
• Apply a pea-sized amount
• Warm between the palms and smooth over the face
• Avoid direct contact with your eyes 

Pro-Collagen Green Fig Cleansing Balm:
For daily cleansing:

• Smooth over your face, neck and decollete, gently massaging into your skin as the balm melts into a rich oil
• Moisten your fingertips, continue to massage, before removing with a warm cleansing cloth
• Can be used morning and evening

As a mask:

• Smooth generously over your face and neck with dry fingers
• Massage to warm your skin and loosen the balm
• Leave for 10 minutes, and hold a very warm cleansing cloth over your skin
• Practice abdominal breathing while you relax and inhale the exquisite aroma
• Gently wipe away 

Pro-Collagen Marine Oil:

• Every morning and evening, apply 3 - 4 drops of this oil over cleansed, dry facial skin before your regular moisturiser
• Warm the oil between the palms of your hands by gently rubbing them together, then cup your hands over your face, avoiding your eyelids
• Pat the oil onto your face, neck and decollete
• To massage the oil into your skin, gently glide your fingers across your face, working your way from the centre of your face to the edges of it and using upward strokes towards your chin to apply it over your neck
