How to use: 
Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm:
For daily cleansing:

• Smooth over face, neck and decollete, gently massaging into skin as the balm melts into a rich oil
• Moisten fingertips, continue to massage, before removing with a warm cleansing cloth
• Can be used morning and evening

As a mask:

• Smooth generously over face and neck with dry fingers
• Massage to warm the skin and loosen the balm
• Leave for 10 minutes, and hold a very warm cleansing cloth over the skin
• Practice abdominal breathing while you relax and inhale the exquisite aroma
• Gently wipe away 

Superfood Midnight Facial:

• Use every evening or at least twice weekly
• Warm a pea-sized amount in your palms
• Massage into face and neck using circular movements

Superfood Glow Priming Moisturiser:

• Apply every morning after cleansing
• Smooth a pea-sized amount to the face and neck in upward strokes

As a highlighter:

• Dab a rice grain-sized amount on the high points of the face, including the cheekbones, bridge of the nose and cupid’s bow

Superfood Facial Oil:

• In the morning after cleansing, squeeze 3 - 4 drops into the palm of your hand, warm your hands together then gently apply over your face
• Follow with your usual morning beauty routine
• Can be used alone or before your daily moisturiser
