    • We cook everything from scratch, choosing hearty dishes that give us all a balanced diet.
    • Once a week I batch cook at least three dishes using the Cook's Essentials Slow Cooker, Ninja pans and Le Crueset cast iron casserole dishes. I always use my Kuhn Rikon chopper for fast, effective prep!
    • I really believe in micro habits, which are manageable and keep me consistent in my routine. I stretch and do yoga in the morning with the children, enjoy simple breathing exercises and make an egg-based breakfast for slow energy release. Alexa keeps on top of lists and schedules for us.
