How To Measure Yourself

To measure yourself for women's clothing, simply take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the following areas of your body. For accuracy, stand in front of a mirror to check your posture and hold the measuring tape straight and snug.

Measure against your body rather than over your clothes as it will give a more accurate result.

Stand straight against a wall with your heels touching. Mark the top of your head on the wall, then measure from the floor to the mark to find your height.

Measure under your arms around the fullest part of the bust.
