What is Easy Pay?

Easy Pay is a credit option and a great way to spread the cost of an order over the course of a number of monthly interest-free instalments. It’s only available on selected products for a limited period and your delivery will be charged on the first instalment. Read our full terms and conditions.

How do I select Easy Pay on my order?

If Easy Pay is available for your order, you can select this at Checkout in the ‘Easy Pay Options’ section. Simply tick the box and you will be able to choose to pay for your order in full or split it across monthly payments.

A product shows that Easy Pay is available. Why am I being charged in full?

When placing an order, it will automatically default to be paid in full unless Easy Pay is selected. If Easy Pay is available for a product this needs to be selected at Checkout in the ‘Easy Pay Options’ section. Simply tick the box and you will be able to choose to pay for your order in full or split it across monthly payments.

I wanted my order on Easy Pay but I've been charged in full, can this be changed?

Once your order has been placed, it’s not possible to select Easy Pay. If your order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled in My Account. You will then be able to place the order again and select your preferred payment option, including Easy Pay. Please be aware that when your order is cancelled, the original payment amount may still show as a ‘pending transaction’ on your credit/debit card account summary for a few days before this amount appears back in your account. If your order cannot be cancelled, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to help.

  • Use the code ALL3EZ to get 3 Easy Pay on your order.
  • Promotional code can be used on multiple transactions and enables you to pay for your order in three interest-free monthly instalments.
  • P&P is charged in full with your first instalment.
  • The promotional code can be applied at the checkout at QVCUK.com, on the QVC UK mobile app, or on orders made via our Contact Centre (0800 50 40 30). Promotional codes cannot be redeemed on QCut or in QVC Outlet or staff stores.
  • If Easy Pay is available as a standard option for an item you will be able to choose that or use this code. The code cannot be applied to items where Easy Pay has already been selected.
  • The promotional code cannot be redeemed on orders containing Waitlist, Advanced Order, Buy More Save More or Subscribe & Save items.
  • The promotional code will not be reinstated if a customer returns an item. It cannot be shared, transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • All orders with this code applied are subject to acceptance by QVC UK.
