How to use:
Shampoo / Conditioner:

• Apply Body Building Shampoo to wet hair and lather well with a gentle kneading of your scalp for 60 seconds
• Rinse and repeat if necessary
• After shampooing, gently work Body Building Conditioner into the mid-lengths and ends of the hair, avoiding the roots
• Rinse well

Daily Damage Defence:
On wet hair:

• Shake before use
• Spray liberally through mid-lengths and ends of hair
• Comb through and style as appropriate

On dry hair:

• Scrunch into coarse, dry hair to add smoothness and shine; or spray into fine - medium hair to detangle
