Contains:

• 1 x Arnica Body Butter (250ml) - enriched with a blend of shea butter, sweet almond oil, vitamin E and essential oils of bitter orange leaf, orange peel, lavender, thyme, rosemary and patchouli. Can be massaged into tired muscles, helping to maintain the skin's natural moisture levels to leave it feeling soft, smooth and soothed. Suitable for the whole family
• 1 x Intensive Arnica Gel (100ml) - a soothing, water-based skincare gel that can be massaged into tired muscles. Formulated with a high concentration of arnica extract in a thick, dense consistency that is non-oily and absorbs quickly into skin. Delivers a slight warming and tingling sensation
• 1 x Arnica & Wintergreen Targeted Thermal Rub (100ml) - boasts a warming infusion of arnica, wintergeen, black pepper seed oils and cinnamon bark spices and can be massaged into tired muscles. This thermal rub delivers a relaxing, warming sensation with a traditional herbal fragrance 

How to use: 
Arnica Body Butter: 

• Apply to clean skin and massage until absorbed

Intensive Arnica Gel: 

• Apply a thin layer as often as required to affected areas such as back, shoulders, neck and calves
• Massage in and remove any remaining residue after 20 minutes
• Do not apply to broken skin

Arnica & Wintergreen Targeted Thermal Rub: 

• Apply sparingly to localised, targeted areas on the body, such as back, shoulders, neck and calves
• Allow the warming sensation on the skin to develop; an increase in temperature and high colour may appear on the surface of the skin for a short period, which is normal
• Avoid face and delicate, intimate areas
• Do not apply to broken skin
• Wash hands after use
