• Before shampooing, dampen hair and apply product to the mid-lengths and ends
• Leave for a minimum of 10 minutes (the longer the better)
• Rinse thoroughly and follow with a shampoo and conditioner for your hair texture
• For best results, use at least once a week before you shampoo. Heavily processed hair can use it more frequently
