How to use:
Body Building Shampoo:

• Massage a small amount into wet hair with a gentle kneading of the scalp for 60 seconds 
• Rinse
• Follow with a conditioner to suit your hair type 

Moisture Balancing Conditioner:

• After shampooing, gently work into the mid-lengths and ends of your hair
• Rinse well

Elasticizer Booster:
As a Booster:

• Apply your normal conditioner
• Smooth the Booster over the top, focusing on the driest areas (such as the ends)
• Rinse thoroughly 

As a conditioner:

• Apply all over instead of your normal conditioner for a richer condition

As a flash mask:

• Apply over mid-lengths and ends of cleanser hair
• Leave on for 5-10 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly
