How to use:

- Shake well and spray 2-3 pumps onto the front and back of each leg
- Allow to dry naturally
- Use daily, as often as desired
- Apply a small amount of lotion all over the feet and massage into the skin and nails

- A small amount of the balm can be applied to any cracks on the heels of the feet and in-between the toes
