How to use:
- Charge your LED Hand Mitts fully for 2 hours before your first use
- To charge the device use the USB-C cable provided
- When the device is fully charged the LED indicator will turn off
- Place on top of clean, dry hands and secure with wrist straps
- Turn on the device using the ON/OFF button
- Select your light therapy mode
- Relax and enjoy for 10 minutes
- Device will switch off automatically but can be turned off anytime by holding the ON/OFF button
