How to use: 

• Apply starting at the base of the lashes from underneath
• Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips. 
• Repeat as necessary to build a full coat, fanning lashes as you comb up
• For bottom lashes, use leftover mascara on the wand or the tip of the wand, holding it perpendicular to the lash line
