How to use:  

• Liquid first - always add collagen to your liquid, not the other way around 
• Add 1 ritual scoop or 2 heaped teaspoons to any drink of your choice or stir into food 
• Warm over cold - dissolves more easily in warm liquids
• Pour from a height - helps disperse and dissolve better.
• Resist stirring immediately - let it sink and dissolve for about 30 seconds before stirring
