How to use:
Dose of 5 - 10g per day is recommended for optimal results
Simply add 1 ritual scoop or 2 heaped teaspoons to any drink of choice or stir into food

1. Liquid first: always add the collagen to your liquid, not the other way around
2. Warm over cold: while collagen works in cold drinks, it dissolves more easily in warm liquids
3. Pour from a height: pouring the collagen from a height helps it disperse and dissolve better
4. Resist the urge to stir: let the powder sink and dissolve on its own - about 30 seconds should do it. For frothy drinks, you may need to wait a little longer, but it will eventually settle
