How to use: 
Sleep Soak:

• Pour generously into running bath water, lie back, breathe deeply and soak
• Alternatively, apply to wet skin in the shower, work into a lather and rinse
• If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly

Sleep Serum:

• Apply to clean skin and massage until absorbed
• Suitable for use on your face and body
• If contact with eye occurs, rinse thoroughly

Soothing Serum:

• Smooth 1 - 2 pumps of serum onto cleansed face, neck and decollete Use morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturiser
• Can also be used on targeted areas of concern on the body for example hands and chest
• Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
