How to use:
Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm:
For daily cleansing:

• Smooth over face, neck and decollete, gently massaging into skin as the balm melts into a rich oil
• Moisten fingertips, continue to massage, before removing with a warm cleansing cloth
• Can be used morning and evening

As a mask:

• Smooth generously over face and neck with dry fingers
• Massage to warm the skin and loosen the balm
• Leave for 10 minutes, and hold a very warm cleansing cloth over the skin
• Practice abdominal breathing while you relax and inhale the exquisite aroma
• Gently wipe away

Pro-Collagen Marine Oil:

• Every morning and evening, apply 3 - 4 drops of this oil over cleansed, dry facial skin before your regular moisturiser
• Warm the oil between the palms of your hands by gently rubbing them together, then cup hands over your face, avoiding the eyelids
• Pat the oil onto your face, neck and decollete
• To massage the oil into your skin, gently glide your fingers across your face, working your way from the centre of your face to the edges of it and using upward strokes towards your chin to apply it over your neck

Papaya Enzyme Peel:

• Twice a week, warm in your palms and apply to cleansed skin, avoiding the delicate eye area
• Leave on for 10 - 15 minutes, then remove with warm water
