Smoked salmon and crab pâté


Ingredients

200g H Forman & Son’s Smoked Salmon

200g crab meat

100g crème fraiche

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp horseradish sauce

A pinch of salt and black pepper    

Method

  1. In the order listed, place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend on a low setting, until the desired consistency is reached
  2. Season to taste and serve with fresh, crunchy bread
