Contains:

• 1 x Magnesium Sleep Lotion (180ml) - with lavender and chamomile
• 1 x Magnesium Sleep Flakes (1kg) - with lavender and chamomile
• 1 x Magnesium Sleep Spray (100ml) - with lavender and chamomile
• 1 x Lights Out Oral Spray (50ml) - with lemon balm and passionflower

How to use:
Magnesium Sleep Lotion:

• Gently massage onto clean, dry skin. For use all over the body. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. If irritation occurs, stop use

Magnesium Sleep Flakes:

• Add 250g flakes to a bath and 125g flakes for a footbath
• Relax for 20 minutes
• Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags

Magnesium Sleep Spray:

• Shake well before use
• Spray onto the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption
• Reapply as required. Avoid delicate areas such as the eyes

Lights-Out Oral Spray:

• Press the pump three times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use
• Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid
• Replace the cap after use
• Adults: use 5 sprays, taken just before bed
