Reviews & Customer Q&A

Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst possible thing for your skin!!!!! I read the reviews for this product, both good and bad, and thought I'd try it out because the theory behind it made sense. I excitedly waited for it to arrive but, gosh, what a let down. So much pressure has to be applied in the first place to even get it to work, then, it stretches , pulls, drags and tugs at the skin (I could see it forcing lines where I have none and I'd be worried that, over time, they'd become permanent!) I'm sure this goes against everything I've ever heard Alison Young and the other beauty experts say during beauty hours about being gentle with the skin and not to drag at it. This has only been out of the poor plastic bag and cardboard box for about two minutes and it's already packaged ready to be returned! I'd actually rate it as no stars if I could but I can't so one it is. Can't believe Alison Young has given it her backing and wonder if she's even tried it?! January 18, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this I usually don't like gadgets but this is great. Have been using it for a week now and my face feels better, more glowing and, I think, a bit firmer. It does take a bit of getting used to it but it is worth trying it. December 31, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by WOW! This thingy is SO great! I like to keep mine in the shower and use with the Ulitimate cleanser. 5mins of using this in a steamy shower works wonders. I come out glowing and it gives me that dewy look, perfect base to apply my foundation. A must have for skin health!! December 10, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Purchase Ever What a pity was so looking forward to using it after all the rave reviews...(I got this to compliment my other purchase from QVC the Tua Trend which is amazing see my other reviews)but regretfully this was not a very nice experience..This is the first item that i have ever had to return QVC ...this says it all. Rated 5 out of 5 by wonderful massage I cannot believe how much you can feel your face and neck massaged by this product. It feels wonderful, I use it before putting on moisteriser and your skin feels great. Would definately recommend this product. November 28, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by pure pain I absolutely agree with all the comments made by previous reviews basil 1 and beauty no1 fan. Had to clench my jaws to help ease the pain during use. Which is the total opposite of the relaxing affect that was mentioned on air. Its got good reviews i know, but maybe those people have fuller faces which would cushion the hardness of the rollers. Rated 5 out of 5 by Even my mum likes it I loved this so much when I got it with the Overnight Facial, that I bought this for my mum. She is notoriously hard to impress and I am happy to say she loved it. I am buying quite a few more for Christmas presents this year! October 27, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by not what I expected I have never had any professional massage before - face or body so only had those dreamy video clips to go on. When I saw Catherine demo this & describe it as a "sensual" experience I decided to go for it. If the video clip is still available the inventor looks a little surprised at that. It is definateley not sensual at all! I followed the instructions carefully and used it twice a day to roll around my jawline, diagonally across my cheeks and around my neck. You can see the skin being pushed quite a lot (which worries me)and it feels like you have pressed your face against iron railings then rolled- not at all comfortable. It is slightly more comfortable if you adopt a joker type smile. The device stretches wide with use and then is reshaped when you hold the wide end and pat your face with the spoon end. After 3 weeks I saw absolutely no change in my skin. I was also unimpressed with the packaging - it came in a plastic bag in a plain brown box. For something that looks like a joke present at this price I would have expected a gift box. I have returned it obviously and have ordered a tresonic as that comes with cleaning brushes and a massage head. October 24, 2010
