Rated 3 out of 5 by Cabe Minus 2 stars for changing the perfume to horrible
Been using this for over a decade and have just used up all my last stocks of 'Light' - so was absolutely Appalled to find that the perfume has been changed to an overpowering Sandalwood!
The perfume is great for my feet but not my face as it is very strong and overpowering and covers up my other perfumes, and I'm surprised that even my hubby does not like it either and it's considered a masculine scent!
I then tried the other types in this range, in the hope they had a different perfume, but they All smell of Sandalwood!
Unfortunately not only that, I wondered if the recipe has changed, as the 'Light' version now stings whereas it did not before?
It is so disappointing. This was one of the best and gentlest things around for relieving any sore skin on my face and I am now unable to use it and will have to revert to using the Botanical body skin cream on my face instead, I am ok with that, but it's a different consistency and heavier!
As they say - 'if it ain't broken, don't fix it' and no doubt, other people will absolutely Love the scent and fight me to the death over it, but this of course, is just a comment about MY Experience with this product - and not theirs!!
I Still love and will always use *Liz Earle* products - but just not This one unless of course, we can buy an original version?
All the Best x

Rated 5 out of 5 by Scotslassie My broken capillaries have almost disappeared !
This is my dream moisturiser!
I've finished my first tube and the broken capillaries on my cheek area have almost disappeared! - actually the improvement could be seen just after a few weeks. I was so happy.
Now I hardly need to apply any concealer - one dab and I'm good to go!
Only one other cream for sensitive skin allowed me to do this and I was heart broken when that company discontinued it - in fact i bought the last ten jars of it, just to keep me going until I could find one which worked just as well for me.
Well I've been experimenting with all the hypoalergenic and sensitive skin brands for the last 4 years and I'm down to my last jar.
I was beginning to panic that I would never find a replacement cream that would make my skin look as good as I knew it could be.
I just wish I'd tried Liz Earl years ago.
(I also love the fact that this cream does not have silicon in it (dimethicone) as that ingredient always blocks my pores and I end up with lumps under the skin)
Please don't ever change this formula or discontinue it Liz! I just couldn't face going back to square one again with all that hassle and expense of searching!
I send you a very big and heartfelt thank you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by glendaand CAN BE USED UNDER EYE AREA AS PREV REVIEWER SAYS
I have to agree with the previous reviewer. From day 1 when this was launched with only the Cleanse & Polish and the Skin Tonic, Liz had great delight in telling us it could (and should) be used around the eye area to help with fine lines. Like the previous reviewer I have done so and it helps immensely, but I also agree that is does question the integrity of the company if they are now retracting that info and stating that other new products should be used instead. The original 3 products will always be the best - hence the cult following Liz had attained. Please don't try and be like other companies which have a million products most of which are 'gimmicky' - stick to your original ethos Liz and we will stand by you!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by yogamoon Best Moisturiser Ever!
I have been using Skin Repair for 16 years and, at 47, I have no more fine lines around my eyes than I had at 31! That's pretty amazing.
I get annoyed when Liz's colleagues advise us not to use Skin Repair around our eyes. From day 1, Liz always said take it down the neck, chest and around the eyes and it has worked brilliantly.
It makes skin soft, bouncy and plumped...so why wouldn't you want that on the bits most prone to ageing? I put Eye Repair or Smoothing Line Serum over the top for added benefits.
Sorry to go on, but I think the integrity of the company is compromised when we are told we need extra products for certain areas when we really don't. Skin Repair doesn't contain mineral oil so it isn't thick and clogging, it's just a fabulous moisturiser that is wonderful at keeping skin (wherever it is!) in amazing condition.

Absolutely the best moisturiser I have ever used. I use the light one, which is the only thing that doesnt aggrevate my skin. Makes my face lovely and soft. Absolutely non greasy. LOVE IT. Thank you Liz Earle

Rated 2 out of 5 by Zucchero Did not hydrate my skin
I tried the Normal/Combination moisturiser and found that there was not enough emollients and left my skin parched. I went onto try the Dry/Sensitive one hoping that is would be better but apart from it being greasier it did not hydrate my skin. The smell is not very pleasant either. Will be going back to Decleor Hydra Floral.

Was a lovely smelling product but after a few hours my skin was shiny and greasy looking which was very dissapointing. But love the shower/body products.

I am a huge fan of all Liz Earle products - the difference her cleanse & polish and toner has made is fantastic - I am so pleased now to see Liz you have put the moisturiser in a tube as well as the tub - the tubes are great for travelling. The duo pack is great as I can now have one in my bag, one at work and my tub at home. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!
