A delicious hot chocolate from Hotel Chocolat, crafted from 50% milk chocolate flakes and smooth, rich salted caramel. Treat yourself to an indulgent, warming treat with this Hotel Chocolat concoction.

- Shelf life: minimum 2 months
- Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours
- 1 x Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate (250g)
- Per serving: 6 heaped teaspoons (35g) drinking chocolate, 220ml milk
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring gently with a whisk until hot but not boiling (you should see steam rising).
- Remove from the hob and add the drinking chocolate to the milk
- Bring back to the hob on a medium heat and gently whisk until all the chocolate has melted. Take care not to boil as this will impair the flavour
- Serve and enjoy!
