Returning this as it does not work! Switched it on when it first arrived and was fine. Later that evening went to use it and...nothing! Tried different plug sockets and batteries but to no avail!
Would have been great for my mum when she is in hospital getting an operation to remove cancer and when she is getting treatment. Very disappointed!

Instead of relaxing my muscles I found the sensation, mostly in the back of my head instead of my neck and shoulders extremely irritating. It's been returned.
