this is almost my fav balm cleanser. it may just take the top spot, as ive been using for just over a week. my fav in a white tub with gold writing, costing 3 times as much with an odd smell, my be knocked into 2nd place soon if i dont have any breakouts. this is beautifully fresh smelling, takes off every speck of make up, even after just one cleanse. does a wonderful job, packed full of nice non irrititating ingredients. super smooth skin. great payoff for small outlay. ok the packaging isnt glam but it is the contents that are effective. it will llast ages too. like all my skincare favs
as usual shared with all my friends. samples given left and right, so i may have to repurchase sooner

What an unusual product! Saw the on-air presentation and had to go for it, and I'm so pleased I ordered it.
Firstly, I LOVE the smell of it - very fresh and "green" smelling (like green tea / green bamboo). The texture is like nothing I've tried before - it's virtually solid when removed from the pot, but when rubbed between fingers before applying to the face, it melts into oil. The feeling of it on my skin is divine... I tend to "zone out" when massaging it into my face as it's SO theraputic to massage with. Then adding water turns it into a milky consistency and I massage further before rinsing off. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated, and I've had no break-outs or problems with using it.
You don't need a lot of the product when using it... but I like to use a little more than recommended!! It's a very good-sized pot and should last a long time.
Overall, I'm very impressed with this and will definitely order it again.

This removes all traces of my makeup without pulling, irritation or sensitivity. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin. I did find that I broke out the first week I used but now that my skin has adjusted it's so well balanced and not a blemish in sight!

This is a great cleanser and lovely to use - gorgeous scent and texture. My micellar water fails to remove all of my waterproof mascara and this cleanser just melts every last trace away no problem. Skin is left feeling clean and soft. A little goes a long way so it will last too.

This is the most wonderful cleanser so silky and smooth just glides over the face without any pulling or dragging, when water added such a lovely emulsion, skin feels so soft and hydrated afterwards, cleansing is now a pleasure and also do it for longer now!!!, i also love the colour and the scent is a lovely clean refreshing aroma. I agree with everyone else you need such a small amount so the pot will last for ages.
Could we please have an eye make up remover now?
Also a TSV would be nice

Super cleanser, takes make up of easily, smells lovely and a little goes a long way!. Makes skin soft and smooth. Love Erborian, thank you QVC for introducing it to me.
