Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality Very disappointed with my black pair of these emu's. the suede nap has come off in places and now I have bald patches making the Boots look cheap and nasty. I own 6 pairs of emu's and never had this problem before. Have to send back and get refund. January 04, 2017

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed I was so looking forward to my new boots, but now very disappointed. After only 10 minutes walking I had a blisters on my heels from the edge of the heel cups! Thank goodness for the QVC 30 days return but costly p&p! November 19, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Shame Ordered these boots in a size 6 (I am a 5.5 normally) as I already had a pair that I bought outwith QVC almost 5 years ago. Oh dear, EMU have changed, only managed to get one boot on and I couldn't stand in it as the heal cup was digging right in to my heal. Real shame as the original pair of Emus that I had I wore for about 5 years and were sooo comfy. Please EMU go back to the original models October 04, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Blisters I have 2 other pairs of this boot so thought I would try another colour. Walked 5 hundred yards and has a blister on my heel, they were the same size as pervious pairs. When I looked inside, the plastic heel cup was protruding and barely covered with lining. Sadly returned. May 20, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor stitching Bought as a present for Christmas. My wife wore them just once on a 2 mile walk and suffered a large heel blister. On inspection stitching at the heel/ankle was exposed (not covered by the fleece lining) and very lumpy. Returned as faulty for refund. Expect better finishing and quality control for the price.
