If you like the smell and the fact that this glides on easily and sinks into the skin quickly it is worth placing in warm water and waiting for it to become a liquid. I personally love the intense rich clean smell that lingers on your skin. Pure indulgence after a bath or shower!!

I've used this oil for years and never tire of its beautiful smell and luxurious feel. It gives you such a relaxing, calming experience. I use it on my arms, legs, neck with amazing results. Tried it on my hair last week, rubbed a little into dry hair before bed and washed out with shampoo the next morning, couldn't believe the results, my hair isn't greasy just smooth, sleek and glossy. Hasn't been in such great condition for years. I adore elemis and all its products just can't live without them,

I love the fragrance but I am not prepared to steep the bottle in hot water to liquefy - it is solid oil !! It took a long time to get an oil - by that time I used other products. I am retuning.

There are Elemis products I could no longer live without: the rich omega cleansing oil, the pro-collagen cleansing balm and now the frangipani body monoi oil. I have very sensitive skin prone to psoriasis, and this oil has changed my life.
My uses: moisturiser of course, but also hair shine in damp hair after my morning shower to add texture and light. I also add a few drops in my moisturising night cream to sleep surrounded by the gorgeous calming and soothing smell of tiare flowers. Pure bliss!

After reading the reviews I decided to buy this, but only used it once...I love the oil and even after once my skin felt good...Unfortunately I did not like the smell, I thought it would be almonds but just reminded me of an old fashioned perfume...Sorry Elemis I shall have to return it .. especially as your other products ie superfood oil and pro collagen balm smell devine.... ( could you not do a body oil in this ? )... Please ...c

This is the most decadent product out there. Glorious fragrance richly exotic and intense. I stand my bottle near the radiator and apply after bathing. It just smells divine and soaks immediately into the skin leaving your skin feeling silky and soft. What more can a girl want at bath time!

This is one heck of a spa experience in a bottle!
The oil comes solidified but there's nothing wrong with it, all you need to do if place the bottle in a pot or sink of warm water and within a few minutes not even that, the most AMAZING oil is formed and once put back on your shelf it is solid again. Strange but true!
This glides on effortlessly and leaves your skin so soft and feeling like silk. This, I found, was better when I put the body cream over the top the scent was stronger and heavenly and lasts such a long time as well.

This really is the most beautiful body oil! I don't think I've ever had a fragrance or body product that smells as lovely as this!! It can be used on so many ways....I love putting it in my hair to makes it beautifully glossy & smell divine! Can't be without this!!
