This is not grey, it is more of a taupe shade. If you need the grey shade use very light strokes and the colour may work for you. It does last all day, The brush is a good one. Be careful on application if you put to much on the brush it can go thick and blobby. Please Doris bring back the original in all of the colours, the universal colour does not work for everyone definitely not me.

I used the original formula in grey- which is no longer availiable , but this new product is not grey it is taupe colour but again has a red tint to it.
Doris please bring back the original version you used to make.

I ordered this in the grey option, hoping that if I pressed harder when applying as suggested then it would be dark grey, but no matter how hard I press it looks like a taupe shade. It does say grey on the container, but I am wondering if it has been labelled incorrectly? The shade I am looking for is a dark grey, sort of charcoal. I've tried the Universal option 209126 and although it was perfect for a day or so, suddenly it seemed to turn more red on me! So now I'm not sure what shade to try next. Maybe the brunette? I've given 5 stars for the staying power and ease of application. If you get the right colour then its perfect.
