How to use:
Shakes:
- Add the contents of the sachet to 200 - 250ml of cold water in the Celebrity Slim Shaker
- Shake well for 30 seconds and enjoy
Smoothies:
- Add the contents of the sachet to 250ml of cold water in the Celebrity Slim Shaker
- Shake well for 30 seconds and enjoy
Porridge:
- Add the contents of the sachet to 120 - 130ml of cold water in a microwaveable bowl
- Stir or whisk until fully mixed
- Microwave for 90 seconds
- Stir and then microwave for a further 30 seconds (Cat E 950W) and enjoy
Soup:
- Empty the contents of the sachet into a mug or bowl
- Add 200 - 250ml of boiling water and stir well
- Do not use the shaker and always take care when using hot liquids
- Enjoy!
