How does it work?
The Diet Chef daily menu gives you an average of 1200 calories a day. The hamper products come in under 1000 calories which allows you to add extra portions of fresh fruit and vegetables to your daily diet.
Diet Chef will teach you about portion control so you know how much to eat and when to say no to those cravings.
Who can use Diet Chef?
Diet Chef is not suitable for the following:
- Under 18-year-olds
- Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- Vegetarians
- People with allergies to either gluten or nuts
- Food is not halal

In some circumstances a high or low Body Mass Index (BMI) could be a sign that a person is suffering from a medical condition. Therefore we would always advise that people with a BMI over 30 should consult their doctor before undergoing any type of weight loss regime.

It's recommended that you add portions of fruit and vegetables to each meal to ensure you gain a sufficient amount of nutrients. If you are male, very active or exercise a lot, you may need to increase your calorie intake with extra fruit, veg or even complex carbohydrates.
