It makes your skin look flawless yet it does not look like you are using make up. I will definately be buying this again and would recommend this 100%.

Meet guests SJ and Lee

Lee Etheridge has over 20 years of industry experience and is Education Director and Brand Ambassador for bareMinerals - responsible for the education of the employees at bareMinerals and the Salon and Spa Therapists. She's known for her energetic style and enthusiasm on QVC, and often takes the time to speak personally to the ever increasing number of bareMinerals fans.

Sarah-Jane Froom joined bareMinerals in 2006 fulfilling the role of National Make-up Artist in the UK and Ireland. SJ's work has been extremely varied incorporating editorial shoots for magazines, advertising campaigns, fashion shows, television, films, private clients, exhibitions, live TV make-up demonstrations, as well as teaching everything there is to know about make-up.

Lee and SJ talk us through their exciting roles at bareMinerals along with a few of their favourite things...

What is a typical day like working for bareMinerals?

SJ: Busy, hectic, hilarious, fun, crazy, noisy, lots of laughter, smiley, happy, full of love. We are a huge family, there is a lot of love and happiness in the air and we all have one mission - to change women's lives for the better. It makes us feel good about what we do.

Where do you get your inspiration from for new collections and colours for QVC?

Lee: SJ and I often work together on our colour and kit designs, and we have constant feedback from our customers. We love fashion and regularly travel to the USA to work alongside our international teams at our head office in San Francisco.

What do you love about working with QVC?

Lee: The great thing about live TV is we can demonstrate bareMinerals products live to the viewer so they can see the results as they happen - also the team at QVC are amazing to work with, such fun and so supportive.

If you could choose only three products to take to a desert island what would they be?

Lee: The Original Foundation (product number: 229113) because I've always had problems with my skin and this has really changed the way I feel about it. Flawless Definition Mascara (product number: 221976) because it looks natural, adds length and definition and picks up the lashes you didn't even know you had, and Dolly Buxom Lips (product number: 224181) because it is the perfect shade for every day!

SJ: The Foundation is amazing, it gives you the most amazing coverage but without looking or feeling like you have make-up on your skin. Flawless Definition Volumising Mascara (product number: 221976) - I love the way it builds up big fat sexy lashes, and any of our blush colours to add a fresh pretty pop of colour to those apples of your cheeks.

Tell us something we might not know about bareMinerals.

Lee: We started as small hippy apothecary in San Francisco in 1976 - the minerals were sold in large jars like milk churns behind the counter and people would ask for a quarter of Medium Beige for instance.
