About Laura
As a qualified beauty therapist and aromatherapist for 20 years, there's nothing that Laura doesn't know about the spa and beauty industry. Laura started out treating a wide variety of clients and quickly built a name for herself as an expert in Decléor face and body treatments.
How she started
Keen to work directly for Decléor, Laura put herself forward to work as the Decléor therapist at Harrods in London and for the next couple of years she continued to treat celebrities and tourists alike.
New heights
Now the National Spa Manager for the brand, Laura has a team of Decléor experts carrying out Decléor treatments throughout the largest and most prestigious spas in the UK.

She joined the QVC family in 2011 and continues to share the guest duties with Fiona Brackenbury.
About Fiona
With a passion for health and beauty, Fiona Brackenbury started her career as a beauty therapist, and now boasts over 22 years experience in the industry.
Expert knowledge
During her time in the industry Fiona has gained real insight into how the skin works; in particular how different ingredients affect your skin and the outstanding results they can produce when combined correctly.
Joining the QVC family
Fiona joined the QVC family in 2003 as guest presenter, a role which has made her a familiar face with many Decléor customers.
Skincare for the future
Her desire to share what she has learnt has seen her position expand to include the development of treatments and, more recently, the design of new products, including the award-winning Hydra Radiance Smoothing Cleansing Mousse.
